Project controlling of the new construction of an office complex in Düsseldorf (near the airport) consisting of a seven-storey building with approx. 26,000 square meters of usable space (office complex, underground car park with 300 parking spaces and a multi-storey car park with 240 parking spaces) as well as other above-ground parking spaces and charging stations.

The following schedule is currently in progress: Start of construction work on October 1, 2021. Construction completion 1.8.2023. Commissioning from April 1st, 2023.
