The City of Hamm (client) puts out to tender the architectural services according to the scope of services for object planning for buildings in accordance with service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI for the construction of an OGS extension at the Bodelschwinghschule, Ahornallee 10, 59063 Hamm throughout Europe.
In detail, the implementation of the following structural measures is planned:
- Construction of a single-storey extension with a flat roof adjacent to the southern part of the existing building. The connection of the new building to the existing building has taken place on the one hand via a closed arcade of approx. 21 sqm area as a connection to the existing OGS area with kitchen and on the other hand by converting the old kitchenette into a cloakroom and generous circulation and distribution area with opening to the arcade through a gallery.
- Construction of a room with an area of approx. 124 sqm in the new building as an extension of the existing dining room by a further 65 seats.
- Establishment of a multi-purpose and care room with an area of approx. 77.5 sqm in the new building.
- Equipping the extension with a barrier-free entrance.
- Conversion of a sanitary room into a barrier-free toilet and renewal of the other existing sanitary facilities on the ground floor of the existing building.
- Connection of the extension to the existing building, which is characterized by a different floor height, by creating a barrier-free transition in the area of the new dining room in the form of a ramp, after the previous demolition of the existing external staircase at this point.
- Planning of a presentation technology for the multifunctional use of the rooms of the new extension.
- Demolition of the existing garage.
- Planning of a new fire brigade installation area and fire brigade access road including a new gate.
- A green roof or PV system must be taken into account on the roof surface of the building to be planned.
- The possibility of setting up an economically operable PV system will be examined by Stadtwerke Hamm and, if possible, planned and installed. The KfW Efficiency House 40 Standard is specified as the energy standard for planning.
The conversions to the existing building are to be implemented during the school holidays if possible. If the work cannot be carried out in full during the school holidays, the noise-intensive work should be carried out during the holidays if possible and the remaining work should be coordinated with the school management and the builders.
