Maintenance of the environment in the Zeitz Chemical and Industrial Park. This includes the maintenance of green areas, the control of wild weeds, the sweeping of roads and paths as well as winter service.

The services of the winter service include snow removal, spreading in case of snow and ice as well as the removal of grit. The winter service is carried out by the contractor only on the footpaths and cycle paths and some roads - for which the municipality of Elsteraue is not responsible - in the chemical and industrial park as well as on the premises of Infra-Zeitz and on the designated areas.

The sweeping services in the Zeitz Chemical and Industrial Park include dry and, if necessary, wet cleaning of the streets as well as the footpaths and cycle paths.

The control of wild herbs is an important contribution to the maintenance of the footpaths and cycle paths as well as the designated areas in the CIPZ. The aim is to counteract the overgrowth caused by weeds and to positively shape the appearance of the chemical and industrial park.

The management of green areas on flat areas includes the mowing of grass and bush removal of the designated areas.

The green space management on the slope areas includes grass mowing and bush removal of the designated areas. These are areas with strong relief, such as those found on the slopes of rainwater retention basins or ditches.
