The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel oil for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Hajnówka.
The estimated amount of diesel fuel is:
a) part I – tanks located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street, 35 Szosa Kleszczelowska Street:
diesel 600,000 (six hundred thousand) liters,
-Arctic diesel fuel 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) liters.
b) part II - tank located in Ignatki No. 40/4, 17-001 Ignatki:
diesel 70,000 (seventy thousand) liters,
-Arctic diesel fuel 30,000 (thirty thousand) liters.
Part No. 1The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel oil for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. to tanks located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street, 35 Szosa Kleszczelowska Street and in Ignatki No. 40/4.
1) The quality of the supplied diesel oil must comply with the PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314). The technical and chemical parameters of the supplied diesel oil must not be worse than those specified in the above-mentioned standards and in the annexes to the Regulation.
2) The estimated amount of diesel fuel is:
a) part I – tanks located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street, 35 Szosa Kleszczelowska Street:
-diesel diesel 600,000 (six hundred thousand) liters, -Arctic diesel 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) liters.
The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the contract, the amount of fuel supplied may be reduced (not more than by 20%, in the absence of objective demand) and this will not constitute the basis for any claims by the Contractor. A one-time fuel supply will range from 3,000 litres to 5,000 litres. Frequency of deliveries depending on demand.
Part No. 2The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel oil for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. to tanks located in Hajnówka at 4 Łowcza Street, 35 Szosa Kleszczelowska Street and in Ignatki No. 40/4.

diesel 70,000 (seventy thousand) liters,
-Arctic diesel fuel 30,000 (thirty thousand) liters.
The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the contract, the amount of fuel delivered may be reduced (no more than by 20%, in the event of a situation of lack of objective demand) and this will not constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims. A one-time supply of fuel will be 2,000 - 2,500 liters. Frequency of deliveries depending on demand.
