New impulses

Subject of the measure "New impulses" - restoration of process capability - for the activation and professional integration of long-term unemployed people with poor integration, according to § 16 SGB II i. V. m § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 No. 1 and 2 SGB III, is the combination of elements for:

- introduction to the training and labor market,

- Identify, reduce or remove obstacles to placement.

The objectives of the measure are:

- a resource-oriented profiling,

- Establishing and increasing specific skills and resources,

- Review, determination and strengthening of motivation and self-confidence,

- Identification and removal of any obstacles to placement,

- Assessment and increase of the chances of integration through activation offers, tailored to the individual support needs of the participants,

- increase in performance,

- Promotion of key competences,

- Transfer of knowledge relevant to the job and the labor market,

- Placement in a practical job test.

The target group are employable long-term unemployed people in need of help over 25 years of age with multiple placement obstacles that are not predominantly in the health sector.

These may include those in need of help who are fit for work, for whom market replacement measures and the use of regulatory instruments of SGB II / III have not yet led to a positive result in terms of integration.

The aim is to improve the employment opportunities of long-term unemployed people who have a comprehensive and above all individual need for support and accompaniment and to actively use the regionally available skills, ideas, structures and resources, as well as to achieve their sustainable integration into the primary labor market .

The measure must support the activation of the participants or improve their integration prospects.

The participants' own efforts should be challenged and encouraged and a sustainable strengthening of initiative, motivation and health achieved. The contractor's approaches to action must be geared towards strengthening the available resources and include socially integrative support.

The participants are initially assigned for a duration of 9 months with an attendance time of 15 hours per week. In the event of an extension by a further 3 months, a total of 20 hours of attendance per week (time hours) is provided.

A total of 80 participant places are to be reserved for the measure.

Start of measure: 1.5.2021

End of measure: April 30, 2022.
