Description:
Delivery of an automatic filtration factor testing apparatus (one set) for PGI-NRI

The subject of the contract is the delivery of an automatic filtration coefficient testing apparatus (one set) for PGI-NRI.

The detailed scope and method of execution of the object of the order is specified in:

- Annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract;

- Annex 2 to SWZ — Designed provisions of the contract.

Delivery of an automatic filtration factor testing apparatus (one set) to the CBGS PIG-PIB laboratory

The set at issue in the proceedings consists of:

• Permeability test chambers for samples with a diameter of 70 mm. The test chamber shall have at least 5 ports for hydraulic connection and a breather valve, maximum pressure applied to the chamber up to 2 MPa. The chamber is to be equipped with a lower base and an upper dome with two drainage pipes with a diameter of 70 mm.

• A pressurization system in a configuration that allows pressure to be applied to the permeability test chamber and independently of the ceiling and floor of the test sample.

Requirements - the system mentioned above is to be characterized by the following parameters: volume at least 200 cm3, volume measurement resolution 0.001 cm3 and maximum pressure at least 1700 kPa, pressure resolution 0.1 kPa. Other specifications: automatic control against exceeding pressure and volume, volume accuracy up to 0.25% and pressure up to 0.15% of the total measuring range.

• Pore pressure sensor up to 2 MPa.

• Data control and acquisition system - a set of devices and software that allows you to control the phases of the permeability test, registration and acquisition of data obtained during the test and a program / template that allows you to analyze the obtained measurements in a spreadsheet. The proposed solution must allow for the full conduct of the test, analysis of the obtained data along with the calculation of the filtration coefficient.

• A set of accessories for sample preparation for coarse and fine soil permeability testing, consisting of a two-part mold for 70 mm samples, a 70 mm manual sampling sampler, an O-ring placement tool for 70 mm samples and a 70 mm membrane placement tool.

• A set of additional accessories necessary to perform permeability tests (pore stones with a diameter of 70 mm and a height of 6 mm. 2 pcs, latex membranes with a diameter of 70 mm and a length of at least 235 mm - 10 pieces. O-ring gaskets 70 mm at least 10 pieces, tool for placing the membrane on samples with a diameter of 70 mm, tool for placing the O-ring on samples with a diameter of 70 mm)

• Nylon cable with a diameter of 6mm x 8mm and a length of at least 10 m.

Other requirements

The equipment supplied must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2021.

The price of the ordering party is obliged to include installation, commissioning of the offered devices and training in the operation of the Equipment, including discussion of the construction and functioning of the apparatus, performance of a demonstration test along with data analysis, discussion of health and safety rules when working with the apparatus and the principles of service and maintenance.

The pore pressure sensors and pressure sensors supplied in the pressure controller are to be calibrated at at least 10 points over the full measuring range. The service is to be performed by a calibration laboratory having the above-mentioned service in the field of activity accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation.

The price of the contractor is obliged to include the cost of transport. The Contractor undertakes to deliver all equipment to the headquarters of the Polish Geological Institute – National Research Institute, 76 Jagiellońska Street, 03-301 Warsaw, and to take care of the equipment insurance during transport.

The Contractor is obliged to provide a quality guarantee for the proper operation of the supplied equipment (all its elements for a period of not less than 12 months) counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations.

The complaint will take the form of an electronic letter (E-mail) to the address indicated in the contract.

Collection of equipment for warranty service and its return from the headquarters of the Ordering Party Polish Geological Institute – National Research Institute, 00-975 Warsaw, Rakowiecka 4 or 03-301 Warsaw, 76 Jagiellońska Street.
