The Assignment concerns the realization of a new NS Logistics Center in Berkel-Enschot on the vacant site of approximately 20,000 m2 at Atelierstraat 4. The site is owned by NS Vastgoed. The NS Component Company (NCB) is housed on this site. On the site is a former "deer barn". Part of the assignment is that this deer barn will be demolished. In addition, there is an environmental square on the site of which, as part of the assignment, the building and underlying concrete slab must be "shortened".

The new NS Logistics Centre will be realised opposite the existing loading dock of the NS Component Company (NCB). The NS Logistics Centre will have a size of 14,335 m2 gross floor area with a height of 13.8 metres (equivalent to NCB). For the sprinkler system, it will be connected to the existing NCB installation (pumps and sprinkler tank).

NS wishes to realise a new NS Logistics Centre on its site in Berkel-Enschot on Atelierstraat. Logistics Centre refers to a warehouse.
