To provide a comprehensive cleaning regime of the Council’s 4 multi-storey car parks (MSCP) this will be in the form of a structured daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly cleaning regime, including to the internal and external glazing and the delivery of a rapid reactive service to ad-hoc unplanned cleaning tasks.

Contract is for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend.

To provide a comprehensive cleaning regime including internal and external glazing of the Council’s 4 multi-storey car parks (MSCP) utilised by members of the general public as detailed below:

Grosvenor MSCP 810 Spaces — Operates 7.00 a.m.-7 p.m. Mon — Weds: 7.00 a.m.-7 p.m. Thurs and Fri: 7.00 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 10.00 a.m.-5.30 p.m. Sunday.
