1.The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for 2022 for the customers described in Chapter 1 of SWZ.
2.The subject of the order covers the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. to 4,081 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (fluctuation of consumption +/- 10%) of 86.164.97 MWh (basic order), of which:
1) For premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the order) — 42.834,49 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 5a to SWZ

2) For premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) — 28.370,33 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Annex 5b to SWZ
3) For road lighting purposes (Part 3 of the order) — 14.960,15 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 5c to SWZ.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex 5a to the SWZ.
3) Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) over the term of the contract 42,834.49 MWh, of which:
Zone I 23 322.21 MWh
Zone II 13,772.32 MWh
Zone III 5,739.96 MWh
option 140,43 MWh, of this:

4) The above data are indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).
5) The Ordering Party - Municipal Economy Plant in Jezierzyce sp. z o.o. — in connection with the installed photovoltaic installation provides for the conclusion of a contract for balancing electricity generated and not used at the level of approximately 1 MWh per year

3) Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) over the term of the contract 28,370.33 MWh, of which:
Zone I 10,366.80 MWh
Zone II 3,518.77 MWh
Zone III 14,484.76 MWh
4) The above data are indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).
5) All layouts are tailored to the seller change procedure.
6) The Ordering Party - Water Services Plant Sp. z o.o. in Słupsk — in connection with the installed photovoltaic installation provides for the conclusion of a contract for balancing electricity generated and not used at approximately 15 MWh per year.
7. Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, subject to possible different periods described in detail in the List of collection points.
