Norad is looking for a team of consultants to provide advisory services on issues related to green economy, low carbon development and international climate change policy, especially REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation). The framework agreement will mainly, but not exclusively, be used for advisory services related to the Norwegian International Climate and Forest Initiative (NICFI).

Norad aims to enter into an agreement for a period of two years with the possible extension of up to two years (2 plus 1 plus 1). Start-up date will be as soon as possible, and no later than September/October 2017.
