The aim of the participating parties is to select a single service provider, which is fully committed to providing high-quality services for an equitable remuneration. According to the Act on Financing Decentralised Authorities, municipalities are only allowed to do business with reliable banks where banks rated A and above are considered reliable.

The aim of the participating parties is to select a single service provider, which is fully committed to providing high-quality services for an equitable remuneration. Each participant concludes an agreement for himself.
According to the Act on Financing Decentralised Authorities, municipalities are only allowed to do business with reliable banks where banks rated A and above are considered reliable. It should also be noted that the State's payments to the municipalities are made through a compulsory bank account to be held with BNG Bank. In addition to the accounts with the Bank Nederlandse municipalities, participating parties may also hold other accounts limitatively. At least 95% of the payment transactions will be carried out at the contractor.
Enacting long-term financing does not fall within the scope of this assignment.
