Based on the portfolio strategy and the transformation task of the Koggenland Housing Company, performance agreements have been made that indicate that from 2027 the Housing Company will no longer have homes in the portfolio with an energy label worse than label C. This specifically means that a maximum of 167 homes must be made sustainable in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Of these, 45 homes are on the strategy sales list of the Municipal Housing Company. These maximum 167 homes have been inventoried by means of the energy labels from the 2014 and 2015 recording.
