The objective of the procurement is to enter into contracts for recruitment services from specialised recruitment companies related to other appointments than hiring for the investment functions in Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) [the Central Bank of Norway Investment Management (NBIM)]. The procurement is divided into 7 lots that cover the following types of assignments:

— IT Generalist,

— IT Real Estate specialist,

— Finance and accounting,

— Risk management,

— HR,

— Legal,

— Adherence/Compliance.

The procurement only applies for NBIM's offices in London, New York and Paris. Not Oslo.

Nb: the procurement does not cover the investment roles. This means that the procurement does not apply to traders, economists, researchers or other types of roles related to the investment area in NBIM.
