The subject of procurement is the production of IT expert services for application development related to search engine technologies, for the National Police Board, units subordinate to it, and the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service, subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior.

The subject of procurement, IT expert services for application development related to search engine technologies, relates to the specification, design, development, implementation, further development, maintenance and quality and information security assurance of the Police IT systems. The services may involve small and large scale projects of a specific volume, and service needs that continue until further notice.
