Description:
Renewal of the insurance portfolios of the Commune and the CPAS de Beloeil

Derogations, clarifications and comments Article 25 of the Royal Decree of 14.1.2013.

No bond is required for insurance contracts in accordance with the Royal Decree of 14.1.2013 adapted by the Royal Decree of 22.6.2017 (Article 25 §1,2º g). The legal provisions governing the profession of insurer that can operate in Belgium offer sufficient guarantees not to require this security, Article 86 of the Law of 4.4.2014 relating to insurance. The insurer may not reserve the right to terminate all or part of this contract after the occurrence of a claim, unless there is a special legal exception, Article 156 of the Royal Decree of 14.1.2013. No verification deadline is planned.
