Saint Mandrier - operation and maintenance of security and fire protection installations. This notice concerns a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders issued in a restricted call for tenders in accordance with Articles R.2124-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This notice of framework agreement concerns the submission of applications. The procedure is divided into two stages, the 1st concerns the choice of candidates and the second, the invitation of the selected candidates to present an offer (the consultation letters will be sent via the PLACE to the email addresses used by the candidates for the submission of applications)

The Framework Agreement brings together all the services necessary for the operation and preventive and curative maintenance of the Fire Safety Systems (ISS) and fire protection systems on all the buildings located within the perimeter of the Saint-Mandrier USID. Also included are minor adaptation or improvement works. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded with a minimum amount of €80,000 excluding VAT over 4 years and a maximum amount of €800,000 excluding VAT over 4 years. As an indication, the total amount of purchase orders (POs) entered into under the previous framework agreement, excluding annual flat-rate services, amounted to approximately €348,000 (including VAT). The number of Bdcs for the 1st year was 21, for the 2nd year 31, for the 3rd year 38 and the last year 25. The amount per year was on average equal to 40,000 euro(s) (including VAT) with the exception of the 2nd year which totalled 209,000 euro(s) (including VAT)
