The subject of the award procedure is the production/printing and delivery of medical forms in the areas of the Westphalia-Lippe Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (lot 1) and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians Schleswig-Holstein (lot 2).

The design and use of the forms as well as the product requirements are binding in the “Agreement on forms for contractual medical care”, in the “Explanations of the agreement on forms for contractual medical care” and in the “Agreement on the use of the blank form printing process for Production and printing of forms for contractual medical care” between the Federal Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Statutory Health Insurance Regulations (BMV-AE) in the current version. For the forms of psychotherapy and discharge management, the agreements made between the Federal Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the Statutory Health Insurance Association, such as psychotherapy agreement in connection with the sample collection of psychotherapy, the framework contract on discharge management during the transition to care according to Hospital treatment and the technical installation to the framework contract for discharge management must be observed.
