In the target state (operating stage 3), the power volume comprises approx. 2.7 million ZugKm p.a. In the period from December 2025 to June 2026 (operating level 1), the RB 35 line and individual journeys on the RE19 line and in the period from June 2026 to December 2026 (operating stage 2), individual journeys on the RE19 line are not part of the Lower Rhine network. The service volume comprises approx. 2.0 million ZugKm p.a. in operating stage 1 and approx. 2.5 million ZugKm p.a. in operating stage 2.
