1. The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the execution of: "Renovation of the bridge along the provincial road No. 850 Tomaszów Lubelski - Alojzów at km 28+981 in the town of Tomaszów Lubelski. Tyszowce"

2. The renovation of the carrying system consists in restoring the original state with the use of new materials. The main renovation works are: the implementation of: the leveling layer of the carrying body slab made of concrete reinforced with fi12mm bars in the form of an upper and lower mesh connected to the existing slab by means of anchors made of ribbed bars glued by using reinforced concrete C30/37, securing the embankment-abutment contact by making a transition plate with a bracket, restoring the existing cones along with replacing the reinforcement with a triline

The performance of the subject of the contract includes the following elements:

Demolition robots.

- dismantling barriers on the bridge and access roads,

- dismantling the road surface on the bridge,

- milling the surface on the approach,

- demolition of reinforced concrete caps,

- demolition of the cornice of the bearing system,

- forging the upper surface of the plate of the carrying system,

- dismantling the reinforcement of the cones,

- demolition of slope sewage.

- milling of the road surface,

- dismantling the road surface within the facility,

- dismantling the road body within the facility.

Bridge works.

- preparatory works,

- earthworks,

- repair of damage to the surface of the platform slab along with reprofiling and protection of concrete surfaces,

- injection of cracks in the pillars

- making a leveling layer of the existing reinforced concrete slab made of reinforced concrete,

- light insulation protection of concrete surfaces in contact with the ground,

- execution of transition plates with a bracket,

- execution of water-proof insulation of the carrying system,

- execution of elements of drainage of the bearing system slab,

- setting curbs on the object

- setting curbs on the commutes,

- setting protective barriers on the facility and access roads,

- execution of measuring points,

- restoration and repair of cone fortifications,

- restoration and repair of slope sewage,

- restoration of the balustrade at the slope stairs,

- strengthening of slopes at object slopes,

- clearing and strengthening the area under and within the bridge.

- strengthening the watercourse.

Roadworks.

- making layers of the surface,

- paving of sewage from concrete cubes.

Hydrotechnical works.

- cleaning the Huczwa river bed of impurities,

- restoration of slopes of the watercourse, supplementing parts of blurred and damaged slopes along the length under the object and 5.0 m in front of and behind the object.

- restoration and supplementation of the bottom reinforcement in the form of a stone armour fraction 10-15 cm, the thickness of the reinforcement is 25 cm under the bridge and 5.0 m in front of and behind the object.

- strengthening the slopes of the watercourse and shelves under the object with a 23 cm thick gabion mattress on a separation geotextile.

- making gabion mattresses 50x100 cm securing the pillar benches, connected with pins with a gabion mattress under the bridge and 1.50 m in front of and behind the object.
