1. The subject of the order is the delivery of machinery and equipment to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Orli Staw", Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków divided into Tasks:

1) under Task No. 1 - Supply of a brand new telescopic loader

2) as part of Task 2 - Supply of a brand new truck with a hook device and a container trailer.

This order falls within the scope of the Project entitled "Modernization of ZUOK Orli Staw as a Regional Recycling Center" co-financed by the European Union under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program 2014-2020, priority axis II, action 2.2. Municipal waste management - Tasks No. 8 and 13. Project No.: POIS.02.02.00-00-0017 / 17.

3. The procedure is conducted in an open tender in accordance with art. 39 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law.
