Bids are requested in the connection with the handling the residual fractions from household waste. The waste collected from the municipality and is sorted at the recycling station Dal Skog for further transportation for final disposal. The acquisition includes the (final) treatment of the waste and the transport from the plant. Refer to chapter 8(in the tender documents) for further details. ØRAS shall load the waste with its own wheel loader from the loading ramp at the Dal Skog recycling station. The waste shall be incinerated. The transport of the waste from the Dal Skog recycling station for the final treatment in the incineration facility shall be included in the price. For environmental reasons, it is required that trucks have engines that meet the minimum euro class 5.

The table below shows the amounts of waste from the region from the periods of 2009 to 2012 which were sent for incineration.

2009 9,770 tons,

2010 15,239 tons,

2011 11,448 tons,

2012 11,133 tons.
