The subject of the procurement is heating work in the context of the project "Neue Mitte Schmiden".

The essential and order-determining services:

Heat generation / heat transfer

heat distribution

Piping and fittings

Insulation, thermal insulation and fire protection

Underfloor heating / cooling

Commissioning and other

Hourly wage work

Maintenance work

The area "New middle Schmiden" between the Fellbacher road and the butter road in Fellbach-Schmiden should be upgraded. In addition to high-quality, flexible, barrier-free and handicapped-accessible apartments, commercial space is to be created for a café and a practice. Furthermore, an underground car park with resident parking spaces and public parking spaces is to be realized.

The plans show four buildings with an area of about 3 900 to 4 500 m 2 BGF or approx. 2,800 m 2 Usable area before. In the buildings, a unit for a café (about 140 m 2 Rental area), a practice (about 200 m 2 Rental area) and about 29 apartments (about 2 450 m 2 Rental space) are located. It should be taken into account that the underground car park, the development cores and parts of the ground floor (eg ceiling café, enclosure entrance underground car park, etc.) are to be executed in steel-concrete construction and the four structures themselves in timber construction (cross-laminated timber). The buildings are subject to the requirements of building class 4.
