The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity available for 2020 available on the market that meets the quality standards set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019 item 755 as amended) for the purposes of supplying utility facilities public, video monitoring, gates in acoustic screens and street lighting, squares, parks, squares of the city of Radomsko.

The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity available for 2020 available on the market that meets the quality standards set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019 item 755 as amended) for the purposes of supplying utility facilities public, video monitoring, gates in acoustic screens and street lighting, squares, parks, squares of the city of Radomsko. These proceedings are conducted jointly by the Employers. The purchasing group was created by ordinance No. 236/2019 of the Mayor of Radomsko of October 7, 2019 regarding the creation of the 2020 electricity purchasing group and the award of the contract for "Purchase of electricity for 2020". The leader of the purchasing group is the city of Radomsko - City Hall of Radomska, ul. Tysiąclecia 5, 97-500 Radomsko, POLAND, which will prepare the tender documentation and carry out the entire tender procedure and will award the contract on behalf of and for each participant of GZ 2020.

The estimated amount of energy supplied (+/- 10%) during the delivery period is: 4 068 744 kWh - for details, see Appendix 6 to the ToR.

The description of the subject of the order is specified by:

1) detailed description of the subject of the contract - constituting Appendix 6 to the ToR,

2) a list of electricity collection points of the City of Radomsko as well as branches and institutions - constituting Appendix No. 7 to the ToR,

3) a list of street lighting electricity collection points: streets, squares, squares, parks and town of road traffic science as well as video monitoring and gates in noise barriers in the city of Radomsko - constituting Appendix 8 to the Terms of Reference,

4) draft contract - constituting Appendix 5 to the ToR.
