We are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services and Associated Services for a period of five years and includes but is not limited to the undertaking of regular programmed cyclical visits and unplanned remedial visits to various locations to carry out grounds maintenance and horticultural activities including but not limited to grass cutting, strimming, picking up service, shrub/rosebed maintenance, hedge trimming and maintenance, light tree maintenance and maintenance of hard landscaping areas. The maximum spend on this DPS is 25 000 000 GBP but please note that it is highly unlikely that this spend level will be reached as some of our Members have existing arrangements in place, some undertake work in-house, and there is no obligation on them to access this DPS for their requirements. Westward Housing intend to access the DPS as soon as it is awarded.

This DPS category is for contracts up to 50 000 GBP p.a.

This DPS category will be further sub-divided in accordance with the financial and economic standing requirements detailed in our Standard Questionnaire. In essence companies in this category will be able to bid for contracts whose annual value is lower than 50 % of the company's annual turnover. We have done it this way to maximise the opportunity for companies, rather than creating a multiplicity of value related categories.
