The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) – Authority for Schools and Vocational Education and Training – as the contracting authority (AG) intends to conclude two service contracts for IT services and IT application support for school-related IT equipment and IT procedures at schools in Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as Lot 1 and Lot 2). For the contractor (contractor), the task includes the independent performance of user support for school personnel in the area of IT specialist support and in the area of IT service - pedagogical IT, IT service - administration IT as well as IT services for the schools, offices and departments of the Authority for School and Vocational Training (BSB).

Tasks in the areas of IT service, IT administration, IT solutions, IT infrastructure architecture and IT security (see section 3.2 for details of requirements and requirements).
