Within the framework of the educational activities on the Roeselare campus, the Katholieke Hogeschool VIVES Zuid vzw wishes to outsource the operation of the student restaurant.
1) Operational student restaurant. This establishment provides catering for a potential of 900 students and 100 staff members during the academic year in Campus Roeselare. The restaurant consists of a kitchen, free flow area, storage room and a seating area with 140 places. The building and the kitchen were built and placed in 2015. This operation is invoiced for the food section in an open book. The staff is VIVES staff and the cook / manager is provided by the service provider. The chef / manager is responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Free guiding sales figures per year: EUR 121 500. Place of service: Vives Zuid Katholieke Hogeschool Wilgenstraat 32, 8800 Roeselare;
2) Extra performance. The service provider is also responsible for the provision of catering for internal and external meetings, study days, receptions and the provision of soup for the staff areas. These activities are invoiced completely separately from the operating part by the service provider to the relevant client of these services.
