This tender involves a substantially different approach:
The contract includes the demolition, construction and civil works and the mechanical and electrical installations in one parcel. The demand specification is based on the specifications used in the previous tender. After the contract has been awarded, the demand specification and any optimisations are (jointly) elaborated into a definitive plan ready for implementation in a construction team context (Ready for Implementation Design (UO)). The execution of the Work must remain within a predetermined ceiling budget.
