the purpose of this Framework Agreement is to carry out technical inspection tasks (Ct), coordination in the field of safety and health protection (Csps) and coordination of fire safety systems (Ssi). This is a framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum of 685,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for all lots for the entire life of the framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.6162-13 to R.6162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. For each lot the number of holders will be limited to two co-holders, subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers. Purchase orders shall be allocated alternately to both holders in such a way that two purchase orders may not be allocated consecutively to the same holder.

Lot 1 concerns the carrying out of technical inspection missions for the construction or rehabilitation of buildings, works of art, or development of public space, during the design and implementation phases of the works, as well as during the year of guarantee of perfect completion. It will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 300,000 euro(s) HT for the entire duration of the contract

The purpose of Lot 2 of this framework agreement is to carry out coordination missions in the field of safety and health protection (Csps) for building works operations or road works and the development of public space, during the design and execution phases of the works, as well as during the guarantee year of perfect completion. It will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 250,000 euro(s) HT for the entire duration of the contract

Lot 3 of this Framework Agreement concerns the performance of tasks to coordinate fire safety systems during the design and execution phases of the works, as well as during the guarantee year of perfect completion. It will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 135,000 euro(s) HT for the entire duration of the contract
