The subject of the cross-carrier procedure is the conclusion of contracts for the provision of communication services (WAN and VPN components, mobile radio and RAS platform, fixed-line telephony, Internet).

Lot 1 WAN and VPN components

Conclusion of an EVB-IT service contract for:

- Provision and operation of a WAN transport network (without connections to the Internet) with MPLS and DSL access;

- additional direct connections;

- related services and related support services;

- Provision of encryption components.

Lot 2 mobile radio and RAS platform

Conclusion of an EVB-IT service contract for:

- Cellular services for voice telephony and data transmission over the Internet as well as;

- The connection of mobile users to the remote access platform of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung (via a customer-specific APN).

Lot 3 landline telephony

Conclusion of an EVB-IT service contract for:

- Provision of central SIP trunks;

- Provision of decentralized all-IP connections;

- Provision of broadband connections (usually DSL) without separate requirements for management and monitoring;

- minutes of connection;

- Data connections over broadband connections.

Lot 4 internet

Conclusion of an EVB-IT service contract for:

- Provision and operation of managed broadband, symmetrical internet access for the departments of the German Pension Insurance and

- related services (DDoS, DNS, domain management) and;

- related support services.
