AS Matsalu Veevärk in cooperation with the Association of Water Companies invites companies to participate in an open tender procedure for the purchase of electricity and, if necessary, for the sale of electricity produced by the contracting authority under the conditions specified in the tender documents.

As a result of the public procurement, it is planned to conclude a framework contract(s) by AS Matsalu Veevärk on behalf of all contracting authorities, and each contracting authority will conclude procurement contracts according to the results of the mini-competitions to be carried out.

The contracting authority has divided the public procurement into lots, more detailed information on which can be found in Annex 1 to the procurement document.
