This contractor should be able to react as flexibly as possible to inquiries in order to be able to deliver and pick up our schedule-critical goods worldwide and, on the other hand, also be able to advise on questions regarding customs guidelines as well as import and export requirements. One focus is the equipping of national and international trade fairs in Europe, the USA and Asia as well as Central and South America. From our framework contract partner, we expect a worldwide company network, high professional competence, high flexibility and performance as well as individual service with a key account manager as a direct contact person in Germany and at the respective exhibition venues. For return transport, it would be desirable to have a contact person on site. The framework contract partner should be a trade fair venue forwarder at the most important exhibition venues of Fraunhofer IIS.

The term of the order is initially from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2026. If necessary, the term of the framework contract can also be extended by another year or terminated prematurely.
