Wolverhampton City Council wishes to appoint a multi-supplier framework agreement to carry out and ensure timely completion of comprehensive and high quality assessments of prospective foster carers for presentation to the City Council's Fostering Panel.

All forms would need to be produced in accordance with the British Association of Adoption and Fostering's (BAAF) Form F and Guidance Notes.
