The aim of the course is to strengthen participants´ knowledge and skills in work related Norwegian, in particular as regards the chosen branch/place for work training. The aim is to get participants into work or to strengthen participants´ options for starting self-financed studies. The participants shall start at their work training place based on the above mentioned aim from course week 7. The participant is followed-up, in accordance with the training plan, by an employee at the work training place and the companies are compensated for this follow-up work. The tenderer is to ensure that the training plan is followed and that the participants get together weekly in the course premises, where the main focus shall be individually adapted, vocational orientated Norwegian training.
