The purpose of the procurement is to enter into contract with a tenderer for the procurement of ICT equipment. The contracting authority needs equipment within the following computer equipment groups: Computers (laptop PC, desktop PC, tablet), mobile telephones, computer accessories (monitors, etc.), and network equipment (including firewall, wifi, switches, etc.). The contract is to be delivered as a service, where the tenderer's self-service portal is delivered without a need for locally installed software at the contracting authority.

The contract is to be delivered as a service, where the tenderer's self-service portal is delivered without a need for locally installed software at the contracting authority.

The tenderer will function as a 'broker' for the contracting authority with the manufacturers of ICT equipment. The tenderer must use their partner status to ensure access to the requested products of the correct quality, low price ,and on the correct delivery date in the contract period. The contracting authority would like the process to be as automated as possible. Tenderers must ensure that the logistics supports this.
