The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an Agreement with 1 contractor for the supply of software for the preparation of environmental documents and software applicable rules for the implementation of the Environment Act.
The assignment is divided into separate sub-assignments that are considered as one assignment:
Supplying Plan software as referred to under the Environmental Act (planning software for developing and maintaining the environmental vision, environmental plans that meet legal requirements);
Providing software for drawing up applicable rules (applicable rules software for developing and maintaining applicable rules with which legal texts can be converted into questions that are easy for citizens to understand for the purpose of determining whether a permit is required in accordance with the environmental law);
Providing the necessary maintenance, management, support including the periodic updates and upgrades for both software applications;
