The subject of the procurement are services of object planning (building) for the realization of a new building at the Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in Hamburg. Significant parts of the basic services of service phases 3-8 are commissioned in accordance with §§ 8, 34, Appendix 10.1 HOAI 2013.

The new building is to house a reprocessing unit for medical devices on a base floor. Fast-track operating theaters and ENT functional diagnostics are to be accommodated on the ground floor. The 1st floor is intended for an intensive care unit. The building is to receive a partial basement for technical rooms. It must be planned so that it can be increased / expanded if necessary. Realization is expected to take place between mid-2021 and mid-2023.
