1. The contract covers the performance of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ) from real estate on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Pietrowice Wielkie, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order with municipalities and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Commune Pietrowice Wielkie and other acts in force during the term of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the OPZ constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
