Brief description of the contract

This procurement relates to cleaning services (internal maintenance) with associated additional services in B's property portfolio of a total cleaning area of approximately 95,000 square meters (square meters) and approximately 240 stairwells. Tenders must be submitted for the entire assignment.

Agreements will be signed with a (1) Provider.

The following services are included in the tenderer's undertaking (the contract)

Regular cleaning in stairwells, other common areas and offices. Periodic cleaning (deep cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, garage, etc.)  Procurement, management and costs of cleaning materials/equipment for regular and periodic cleaning Procurement and management of consumables

As additional additional services on call-offs, the following may be relevant:

Move-out cleaning/apartment cleaning Decontamination cleaning Extra basement cleaning Cleaning of contractor premises etc.
