The Council seeks a Contractor who shall provide general cleaning services for designated communal areas of the Council’s housing assisted accommodation, residential flats and homeless accommodation.
Property locations are based within the Heckington, Sleaford, Welbourn, Ruskington, Billinghay, Metheringham, Heighington, Waddington, Bracebridge Heath and North Hykeham areas of Lincolnshire.
The services include (but is not limited to):
- Sweep/vacuum all carpeted areas
- Pick and bag litter
- Sweep / wash / disinfect hard floor areas
- Dust / remove cobwebs / scuff marks from all surfaces including light fittings, ceilings, doors, windowsills, skirting, radiators, service pipes and fire appliances
- Clean and sanitise all kitchen surfaces, sinks and taps
- Clean all bathroom facilities, sanitary ware, replenish consumables.
- Window cleaning service
- Carpet cleaning service
