Services of object planning traffic facilities according to § 45 ff HOAI - service phases 1-5

Based on a relevant feasibility study, the district of Munich, together with the state capital of Munich and the district of Ebersberg, is planning to realize a cycle highway from Munich's city center to Markt Schwaben. Each of the local authorities involved is responsible for the realisation of its section.

The present tender includes the project planning services for traffic facilities for the section of the district of Munich.

The "best variant" from the feasibility study amounts to a total length of approx. 8.0 km for this section of the route and is estimated with rough costs (construction costs) of a total of approx. € 10.2 million net (cost status Q1/23) for the traffic facilities (route sections + junctions).

In addition to planning based on the best variant, the planning contract should also include the investigation of alternative routes in the area of the municipalities of Feldkirchen, Kirchheim and Aschheim.
