The aim of the tender is to be able to cover all requirements and sub-areas of a "Modern Workplace" in the future.
From the point of view of the AG, these are
• Consulting, conception and implementation of Microsoft 365 incl. licensing (Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)
• Hardware procurement
• Consulting, conception and implementation of terminal management
• Handling of the entire client lifecycle process Warehouse logistics, shipping, assembly and dismantling of end devices Warranty processing and SWAP service
• Assumption of operational responsibility for update and patch management
• Software distribution for 5 years
• 2nd and 3rd level support for end devices
The main services advertised through this award procedure are:
Þ Conclusion of a framework agreement for the needs-based retrieval of standard IT hardware via the provision of an IT shopping cart with:
• Stationary workstation systems "Standard" and "Performance"
• Notebook "Standard" and "Compact"
• Dockingstationen
• 23 inch (Full HD) monitors
• 27 inch (WQHD) monitors
• Tray "Standard" and "Standard plus"
• Smartphones "Standard" and "Standard plus"
• and other small components and accessories such as notebook bags, power cables, USB sticks, etc. according to performance sheet accessories in Appendix 11 Service and price sheets
Þ Provision of Microsoft 365 licenses via the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program including consulting and maintenance services
Þ Provision of services such as:
• Delivery of the devices free place of use
• Warranty for the required devices with the warranty period agreed for each category
• Service and maintenance services over the respective service life of the devices
• Softwarepflege
• Refuelling of the devices
• Provision of a device pool for order retrieval and exchange cases in a consignment warehouse
• Optional: Setup of the required hardware on demand
