Concluding a Framework Agreement with a supplier who can supervise the assessment procedures for standards and who carries out additional research with regard to the List of Open Standards on behalf of the Forum for Standardisation. These investigations can take place at Logius or at another location (of the Contractor or other location) or online.

Logius is the digital government service of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Bureau Forum Standardization (BFS) falls under the organizational structure of Logius in the performance of its task, and is housed at Logius, the digital government service of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.

BFS is looking for a party that can deploy multiple consultants who can supervise multiple standard review procedures and additional research at the same time. In addition, the need is that the commitment of the Contractor ensures that BFS can take an independent and neutral position during review procedures and investigations.
