1. Purchase and installation of microinstallations for the generation of electricity from renewable sources in residential buildings in the Lubyanka Municipality.

The scope of work includes:

Supply, assembly, commissioning of photovoltaic microinstallation with power:

— 3.06 kWp installation — 1 pc,

— 4.08 kWp installation — 7 pcs

— 4.76 kWp installation — 2 pcs

— installation of 5.10 kWp — 12 pcs

— installation of 5.44 kWp — 2 pcs,

— 6.12 kWp installation — 6 pcs,

- 6.80 kWp installation - 1 pc ,

— installation with a power of 7,14 kWp — 10 pcs,

— 7.82 kWp installation — 2 pcs

— installation with a capacity of 9.18 kWp - 1 pcs. Installation with a power of 9.52 kWp — 1 pc

— installation with a capacity of 9.86 kWp - 24 pcs.

Along with tooling, necessary wiring and connection of the plant to the power grid

1. The scope of works within the fixed remuneration shall also include:

1) the execution of a complete microinstallation and the adjustment of existing installations to properly interact with the performed installation;

2) making a connection to the power grid of the facility,

3) the performance of appropriate surge protection and lightning system if required or the adaptation of an existing lightning system for microinstallations,

4) the execution of passages in internal and external partitions of buildings,

5) securing the places of puncture and passage of pipes, electrical wires,

6) the performance of other necessary work related to the laying of wires, equipment, adjusting, shut-off fittings, control of the electrical system necessary for the operation of the performed installation,

7) carrying out the required tests and tests, making a trial commissioning before the acceptance of the works,

8) to develop separately for each of the microinstallations of the receiving operation (in 2 ex.) containing, inter alia: post-built documentation (if significant changes occur during the conduct of works), a set of warranty cards, tests, certificates, trials, post-built surveying inventory accepted to the state geodetic resource (in 2 ex.), if it is necessary to perform it,

9) the development of a detailed microinstallation manual for each microinstallation (including recommendations for current maintenance),

10) preparation of the notifications together with the required documentation of the connection of the microinstallation to the electricity grid ENERGA OPERATOR S.A. - on behalf of the user (the owner of the property), on the basis of the power of attorney granted,

11) to train users in the operation and operation of microinstallations performed, and to draw up a protocol covering the scope of training and to obtain statements from users about the training done.

12) notification of the photovoltaic installation to the State Fire Department in Toruń, after assembly, on the basis of a separate document to be submitted to the resident for signature after installation — “Notice of completion of the construction of the PV installation”.
