The Purchaser reserves the right to apply the option right, i.e. the possibility of reducing or increasing the amount of coal for transport and unloading by +20% / - 30% in relation to the total quantity of the order.

As a result of the option right, the Contractor's remuneration will be reduced or increased in proportion to the actual service rendered. In this respect, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claims against the unrealized part of the contract.
