The contracting authority, the Operations and Development Service in Harstad municipality, hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for the delivery of gritting sand.

The agreement includes the delivery of gritting sand for use at municipal roads and places. The gritting sand should be of the type of crushed stone with grain size 4-8 mm and 0.75-1% added salt. The estimated consumption is approx. 3000 tonnes per annum. We emphasise that actual delivery can vary significantly compared to the estimate, as the consumption depends on the weather and driving conditions.
