The subject of the Order is the development of design documentation for construction works along with the author's supervision under the Project entitled "Construction of the Krakow – Olkusz railway connection" implemented under the Programme for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure Rail+ until 2029. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Volume III of this SWZ ("OPZ").

The contracting authority divided the contract:

(1) Basic contract covering the performance of:

a) program-spatial concept;

(b) geodetic documentation for design purposes;

c) construction projects together with geotechnical and geological and engineering documentation;

(d) materials necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions;

e) preparation of an application for obtaining a decision on the determination of the location of a railway line (ULLK) and/or;

f) preparation of an application for obtaining a decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment (ULICP);

g) obtaining final decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment (ULICP);

h) preparation of applications for issuing water permits or acceptance of water law applications;

(i) implementing projects;

(j) tender materials;

(k) certification at the design stage;

(l) a valid building permit;

(m) intermediate confirmations of verification of the subsystems;

n) visualization of selected objects.

2) Optional Task 1 comprising:

a) performing author's supervision over the execution of works.

Optional task No. 1 is covered by the right of option, on the terms described in Volume II SWZ - Terms of Agreement.
