Award of planning services for technical equipment - Elt Plant groups 4, 5 and 6 according to HOAI § 53 et seq. for the construction of a new educational, cultural and sports centre in Irxleben in the municipality of Hohe Börde

The municipality of Hohe Börde is planning an educational, cultural and

Sports centre including a fairground near the historic village centre of

Irxleben near Magdeburg. Within the framework of the procedure, the following

Construction work on two designated construction sites with a total of around 14,000

m² to plan:

1. Construction of a new after-school care building for 225 children including outdoor facilities (NRF

approx. 1.550 m²)

2. New construction of a community house with a large

Event hall (NRF approx. 1020 m²)

3. Conversion of the existing after-school care building into a clubhouse as well as demolition of the existing clubhouse (NRF approx. 760 m²) and creation of flexibly usable office and work spaces in the reserve areas of the existing building

4. Planning of a meeting place in the listed half-timbered building HelmstedterStraße 25.

For the entire project, which is to be realized in construction stages,

currently assumed total construction costs (KG 200-700) of approx. € 11.9 million gross

(of which approx. € 9.3 million gross for KG 300-500). The planned assignment

includes - for the entire project - the service phases 2-6 according to §51 HOAI as well as special services, which are commissioned in stages and on a property-related basis, provided that there is no good reason to prevent the commissioning (§ 8 para. 2 RPW) and insofar as and as soon as the task on which the competition is based is to be realized. Immediately after the competition, work phases 2-4 for the 1st construction phase - "New after-school care centre" - are to be commissioned. In the event of an assignment, the participants undertake to take over and carry out further processing.

The award procedure is carried out on the basis of §74 of the Public Procurement Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as VgV) as an open procedure in accordance with §15 VgV.

The subject of the planned commissioning of this VgV procedure is the performance profile of technical equipment - Elt according to § 53 HOAI. The following fee zones (HZ) and rates are accepted by the awarding body in accordance with the applicable HOAI:

Technical equipment - Elt plant groups 4, 5 and 6 according to §56 HOAI fee zone II, basic rate.
