The subject of the order is the provision of production maintenance services of implemented KSDO elements and the development of the above system. Description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
1. By keeping in production mode is meant:
1.1. programming services for the maintenance of KSDO. In the scope of works in the production mode, work is planned for 15 months for the team described in chapter IX of the ToR in an amount of min. 17 people.
2. As part of development work, design, programming, testing and implementation of system functionality are carried out in the amount of 800 man-hours per month. As part of development work, the Employer may take advantage of the possibility of introducing changes to the system related to increasing the ergonomics and efficiency of its work.
3. The option right includes development works after using all the development hours from the given month. The maximum number of hours of work under the option right forecast by the Employer is a maximum of 50,000.

1.2. system administration services consisting in administering the following resources:
a) KSDO consisting of modules: AD, ADFS, SSO, ADOM, AZ, SIOEO, ZIU test taker, SIOSD, monitoring;
b) Microsoft Team Foundation Server management system;
c) operating systems (Windows, Linux);
d) database clusters (e.g. MsSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elastic);
e) services: IIS, Happroxy, DFS, DNS;
f) virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V;
g) backup system;
1.3. performing all technical activities as part of the service provided, in particular:
a) solving problems related to KSDO availability reported by the Employer;
b) system configuration repairs;
c) maintenance and updating of system components;
d) installation of system components using good practices;
e) work configuration of all system components as a whole;
f) safety prevention;
g) maintaining system continuity;
h) checking the efficiency and technical condition of system components;
i) diagnosis and removal of damage to system components;
j) adapting the system configuration to the Employer's needs;
k) preparing proposals for solutions to improve the system's operation;
l) ongoing system security update;
m) updating the software included in the system;
n) documenting the activities performed and changes in the system configuration in accordance with the procedures of the information security management system in force at the Employer;
o) identifying and reporting logical security issues;
p) implementation of system logical security;
q) identifying problems arising from the operation of the system;
r) making backup copies of all system components enabling recovery of all data / system efficiency in the event of its failure, and their restoration in the event of a failure;
s) consulting the security aspects of the solution with the Employer;
t) ongoing monitoring of KSDO operation and - in response to errors - immediate undertaking of the procedure in accordance with the SLA and warranty conditions;
u) managing system services of devices and systems on which the system is running;
v) monitoring the status of cyclical tasks performance and undertaking remedial actions in case of disruption of cyclical activities (including application jobs, backup, maintenance).
2. As part of development works, design, programming, testing and implementation of system functionalities resulting from the current legal status and application for project co-financing are taking place. "Implementing a national educational data system" of 800 person-hours per month. As part of development work, the Employer may take advantage of the possibility of introducing changes to the system related to increasing the ergonomics and efficiency of its work.
3. The option right includes development works after using all the development hours from a given month, referred to in point 2, if the Employer has the needs for development works and funds for the exercise of the option right and the Employer informs the Contractor of his desire to exercise the option right by sending a statement that will show the scope of work and a request for a quote.
3.1 The maximum number of hours of work under the option right forecast by the Employer is a maximum of 50,000 man-hours for the entire duration of the contract. One hour of work is understood as 60 minutes and applies to everyone involved in the process. Incomplete hours will be rounded up to every 15 minutes.
