Acquisition of a software package to disseminate public data for the Land Register.

The scope of this call for tenders (AO) is:

1. Acquisition of licenses (no subscription) of a software package on the market (no custom / specific development) with its annual maintenance including its evolutions (Release);

2. Installation and configuration of the software package within the infrastructure of the State of Vaud (no Cloud);

3. Development and installation of interfaces between the software package and Capitastra (Land Registry software package);

4. Training of future trainers within the State of Vaud in charge of training future end users.
