The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the areas of residential and uninhabited real estate of the City of Radymno, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes and in accordance with the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Radymno and local law in force during the term of the contract.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes collection and development of:

1. Mixed municipal waste with code 20 03 01 (including ash) from residential and uninhabited areas for installations indicated on the list of the Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, referred to in art. 38b paragraph 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.

2. The following fractions of segregated municipal waste from residential, uninhabited areas and recycling nests:

a) paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging collected in blue containers / bags,

b) glass, glass packaging collected in green containers / bags,

c) plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material waste, metals, metal packaging collected in yellow containers / bags,

d) biodegradable waste in brown containers / bags,

e) construction waste resulting from renovations and other construction works carried out by the owners of the property on their own, for the performance of which it is not required to obtain a building permit or for which it is not required to submit construction works.

3. Waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) including:

a) waste from selective waste collection: glass, paper and cardboard, plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, mixed packaging waste,

b) bulky waste,

c) construction and demolition waste,

d) expired medicines,

e) textiles, waste batteries and accumulators,

f) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

g) worn clothing and textiles,

h) worn tires,

i) green waste.

4. Bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment collected by the method "at source" from residential and uninhabited areas (once during the term of the contract).

5. The scope of the contract also includes cleaning up the area contaminated with municipal waste and other pollutants discharged from bags, containers and vehicles during the service.

6. Export of sorted waste: paper, cardboard, plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, may take place on the same day as unsorted waste, but by another means of transport.

7. The contractor ensures the collection of municipal waste in any quantity prepared by the owner of the property on the day of collection, taking into account the provisions contained in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Radymno.
